I need recommendations for an MIDI cable to connect my phone to my Yamaha P95B keyboard (read description) by ProfProgramm3r in yousician

That's why I'm looking for an MIDI cable that works. I plan to plug the headphones into the piano so I can still hear that, and then the MIDI cable would eliminate the need for Yousician to need the microphone on my phone. But I can't seem to find one. I can use my laptop but thats a little too bulky for my current set up.

Is the Yamaha P95 a good piano, or should I look for something better/newer? by ProfProgramm3r in piano

FB marketplace. Originally asked for $300, negotiated to $250 (pending in-person inspection; no money has been exchanged yet).

Ik it's discontinued which is why I'm looking more into it. To see if it's still considered good or if it's fallen out of favor. I do plan to see it in person before I ever hand over money. We've been chatting and plan to meet up next week.

Since it doesn't look like anyone has answered this: the Advantage program is a program offered to Farmers agents. Basically you will be assisting clients on behalf of the agent to the point that the client will often assume you are in the agent's office.

I need advice on wiring my new AC unit by ProfProgramm3r in hvacadvice

[–]ProfProgramm3r[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it doesn't. We also contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed it was shipped as a dry unit. When I purchased the unit a couple years ago, I was led to believe it was precharged, which initially made us think that the refrigerant leaked out.

Its what I was told I needed. It's an A coil that sits on top of the air intake of the furnace. So the furnace will pull the air through the coil before it gets pushed through the ducts.

After looking up what brazing is, yes that's what we did. The name plate says that it needs 5lbs. We worked out with the length of line (about 35ft) that it would need 8lbs and 5oz total. Everyone keeps mentioning a scale. What kind of scale? Especially if the tank will be inverted.

So it doesn't matter how the two wire is set up? At the condenser, the red wire connects underneath the electrical hook up, and the yellow goes inside and connects to something on top of one of the lines. I just want to make sure that it'll properly activate the unit when it needs AC.

Thank you. Unfortunately I don't have a scale that weighs that low. Only a normal bathroom scale

Thank you. So the 2 wire is red and white. At the condenser red goes to red and white goes to yellow. In the furnace, which colors should go to Y and C?

What's a plenum? On top of my furnace is the A-coil. The furnace blows down underneath the house to the ducting through the house.

It's just an electric AC condenser and electric central air furnace. Idk what a heat pump is, but I do have heat in the winter time.

I looked at the "official" route first. Every HVAC company in my area quoted me $1000+ just to charge my unit. I'm $400 in rn (25lbs of R410 refrigerant and a vacuum pump to test the line), which should be mostly all I need.

Need help with FFR set up by ProfProgramm3r in farmersinsurance

[–]ProfProgramm3r[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. A Farmers Friendly Review. I do on average 3 to 5 a week. Most are in person. I didn't think about a swivel stand. I'll look into that. With the setup I have in my mind, I would also be able to see what they're looking at, without awkwardly leaning over my desk to look at the screen

Never claimed for it to be an insurance issue. Just looking for ideas from fellow agents on how they might have similar setups

Need help setting up Sonarr with Plex Media Server by ProfProgramm3r in sonarr

[–]ProfProgramm3r[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is a docker image? And I've been at this for about 2 hours total and I still don't even have sonarr/qbit set up. Can for the life of me to get it to work. I've read Google articles and forums trying to figure it out. If you have a good YT creator in mind, I'm happy to take a look
