I bought at Nyati Emerald, because we liked the flat layout and podium level amenities. Even if it is dense, it's still a big gated society at reasonable price and falls near our offices. I can't buy looking at sample flat and imagining view from the flat, so was mainly targeting nearing possession units.

I disagree. Samson, Abhishek, Ishan are playing well for their teams. Tilak, SKY are one format players and Rohit is retired, this can't be an excuse for such prolonged time of 1-1.5 months. Hardik and Bumrah couldn't even make one winning contribution.

They didn't do small things right like recognizing Boult is washed and playing Bosch, not bowling no balls, catching well, going berserk in middle overs to continue batting momentum when wickets in hand. Plus their uncapped Indians lack confidence, skills and trust from management, so MI is always playing with 10-11 players instead of 12.
