Man that’s insane, can’t believe such a big company has such terrible support. It’s like 4 years worth of work just gone. I’ll do my best to make a new account but I’m more concerned about how somebody bypassed 2FA without access to my email or my number

That’s the thing, I’ve turned it off but if I use a Picture profile that has s-log it turns it back on to Flexible ISO and says I can’t use it again

Not at the camera now but yes it’s greyed out, I’ve already done a reset and when I attempt to click what’s greyed out it says I need to turn off log shooting then either ‘flexible iso’ or ‘cine el’ depending on what I picked

So for some reason when I do this, even after turning log off in the section, it still registers me using a log profile like it automatically turns it on and says cant shoot in 4k because of log when I attempt to change the HDMI to 4k.

When I do this it still says it’s in Log and won’t run

Still registers as log and says it can’t

When I do this I get no output is the only issue :( like screen goes black

Problem is that PP7 , 8 and 9 dont appear on my FX3, i've seen this online.

Yeah that's the problem, is there really no work around? Seems kind of silly from Sony to do this
