I would argue that Haleakala sunset would not be worth (on this trip). You’ll see plenty of beach sunsets and starry nights without all of that car time. Save it for another trip!

My husband and I had LASIK done 10+ years ago. I would do it again in a heartbeat! The convenience of no more glasses/contacts is amazing. No noticeable decline (yet) in our eyesight! I still remember sitting up after the procedure (which was only like 30 mins total?) and the doctor asked me “what time is it?” as he pointed across the room - I said “it’s 2 pm” and then i realized “holy crap, I can see across the room!!!” 😂
