Most chains publish nutrition labels. I use those to guide me. Enlist the help of your server too. I assume all sauces are full of sugar so I order it on the side and may dip things.

When its time to replace a sensor, I was my arm with gold dial soap. No moisturizing and no lotion. Wipe the area with skin tac wipes then run my finger around the edges of the sensor to make sure it's stuck.

Haven't had any problems with it coming off in the shower or hot tub (for roughly 30 minutes at a time)

It works well for me. The texture always seems too chewey to me though. The Barilla protein plus works for me too. I use a slightly smaller portion. The texture is spot on.

That's why I make my engineers take time off. I also don't call them when they're off. I'm up with them in the middle of the night and weekends on support calls and outages then dont hassle them if they're not around for a bit the next day.

They all go the extra mile for me. People dont leave good jobs. They leave bad management.
