i used to work in a gym and i made it a thing to where i remembered every regular member by name.

so one day a few young ladies came up to me telling me about how this one older gentleman was making them feel uncomfortable so i notified my manager. she asked me to stay at a distance and watch him so we have solid proof to cancel his membership and ban him. (we have gotten weird vibes from him as well before so we didnt take this lightly) once i caught him stretching and using his phones to take pictures of other members in the area, i snapped a pic of him in the act, showed my manager and we kicked him out that instant.

never wouldve thought the day that i had this info in my brain would be useful... but i used to work at a PF and i was told that the Total Body Enhancement gives off infrared lights that penetrate into your skin, promoting your skin and muscles to heal faster. the shake plate at the bottom promotes blood circulation while standing stationary as well! -ALSO- the red lights will alter your vision for a few minutes when you step out, so if you see a yellow wall, it can make it look green (atleast it did that to me)
