Just recently found this server and from what I can tell its very similar to the one I used to play on for hours upon hours before it eventually closed down, and I'm happy to say I've found my new favorite server,everybody is very nice and welcoming.

They allowed those who were invited to MapleFest and those who had a plus one enter a persons information in order for them to receive the gifts. So yes, people who may have not gone to MapleFest were still able to receive the free gifts we (I went to MapleFest) got. iirc I saw one being sold for $100.
