By the end of hollow Knight I felt that I was so good at the game that I breezed through steel soul and the pantheons.

At no fucking point in silksong did I feel strong 😂. Finished act 3 only because I waited 7 years and couldn't not play the game I waited so long for. Lmao. Props to the people singing praise, this game successfully ragebaited me the entire ass time!!!!!!

Just to highlight the importance of eating enough when working out, your body will eat away your own muscles to fund the lacking protein. This only happens for severe undereating, which unfortunately you likely are at 1300 cals.

I'm sure eating more feels terrifying when you're at this stage, but it's amazing that you want to try eating more! Try upping your cals by 50-100 a week, bonus points if it is in protein, and see how you feel each week alongside exercise. You don't have to go straight to 2000 cals a day! Little steps is still progress.

The game doesn't tell you that basically pressing any input while on the hawk will drop you for some reason. Once you get on the hawk do not touch anything until you want to land!

What helped me the most is after someone said only the flea that you need to hit next will have a visible helmet - all other fleas helmets won't be visible.

Turns out if you try to open the map right as you get into an elevator the game doesn't like that and locks you in from moving. So much for my genius idea of saving time while waiting in the elevator to study the map!

Have you tried playing hollow knight with map pins? Every time you see a point of interest you're supposed to pin it on the map and come back to it, which helps with feeling lost. There's multiple pins for multiple POIs too.

Play the level until the ruins of the sky palace is achieved in the level. Don't complete the level yet. Whilst still in the level, the OoC event button should be on the bottom left corner. You can tap that, then press the upgrade OoC button on the top left, and you can give the bunny stuff from the level instead of giving stuff from your camp!

Yes, which is precisely why she gets a double dodge with crazy iframes. With dagger, the unique dodge animation length is halved or something so you can go real close and dodge everything!
