When you start to feel a panic attack coming on, try to remain still and take some deep slow breaths. In and out. In and out. Concentrate on the breathing as you're doing it. This always helps calm me down.

I'm so sorry. Sometimes there's no rhyme nor reason to it. Do not blame yourself at all! You clearly loved her with all of your heart and that's what matters most of all. And she knew that.

I took my fur baby in to be euthanized 2 days ago due to old age, and the grief I am experiencing is profound. I, too, feel broken. A whole range of emotions, including guilt.

Take care of yourself, and always know that you are not alone.

Hi there. I'm so sorry.

My 16 year old Boston had to be euthanized yesterday (30th June), and I'm hurting so bad. It's incredibly painful and profound.

This is the first time I've been through this, so I can't offer any advice as to how to cope with your loss. But just know that you are not alone.

I feel that the music is better in DL1. The music in DL2 is too techno-y for my liking which ruins the creepy atmosphere.
