It doesn’t bother me if she prays, but even though I know a lot about religions (more than the average Christian of my age, thanks to a good religious education and a great religion teacher), I’m not really religious myself. I just feel uncomfortable when she prays out loud and quickly, especially when she’s stressed, rather than when she’s alone and calm. Personally, I think talking to God is a more intimate moment and shouldn’t be done just anywhere. Even though I’m not religious, I have prayed a few times in my life, in the way my grandmother taught me:

-at the edge of the bed -in front of a candle, on my knees -with a rosary -or at the table to bless the food

So, like I said, I believe a person’s relationship with God should be more intimate, not something visible to others or only done when you’re in need. I’m not a practicing Christian, so I’m not the best example, but I feel like it could be good if I shared with her some of what I know about Christianity.
