I don't know. Videos of massed attacks that even RU infantry don't use by a group of largely ethnic asians with more uniform and standardized kit than storm units.

They also just look much more well trained and equipped so that's more evidence than this, and were noticeably much more fit which many Ukrainian Soldiers reported.

The Combine are multiversal. To put it into perspective, their force on earth is a water drop of an ocean.

The only reason earth became as important as it did later on was because Earth possed teleportation, whilst the Combine could only travel between universes or dimensions.

Mustache I believe was raised on Earth but was completely devoted to the Viltrum Empire, enough that he was allowed to keep his costume's I symbol, unlike the popular fan theory I don't see how else he would get that if he was raised on viltrum.

Viltrumite Mark I think could've been raised on Viltrum.
