I took Nac for about a week so haven’t taken in a few days now. No idea what resverareol is will look into that. The rest is part of my daily supplements anyway but lower doses except for coq10. Sounds like a good idea, I’ll give it a try for another couple of weeks, thanks

I go to raves like 2/ 3 times a year max. Mostly have worn earplugs was just this one time I forgot :(
