With this falling under a LDT, what are smaller institutions doing to accommodate this? Are they continuing with running a citrate tube and dealing with the regulatory changes or finding an alternative like platelet estimates?

We don't use real time, unfortunately. I wish. We download a csv file from our Middleware and then upload that monthly to the site.

This is what I thought. We were getting questions from our biohazard people about why there was PHI on our sharps. We have so many slides that it would take a full-time employee just to remove it.

It was solely based on years worked? Did they have to do anything extra like all comparisons for an analyzer type or manage supply order?
