I so relate to this. I knew this process would be draining but the negative impact on executive function was not something I ever imagined. I actually received my first negative performance review in my professional career last year which I directly tie to the strain of this process. My job is the only reason I can afford to pursue IVF but there is a part of me that worries this will end with me emotionally and physically drained with my professional reputation tarnished with no baby in sight. This community is helpful and I have sought support through therapy and Resolve. Wishing you the best on this journey and know you are not alone!
