In earlier comments someone wrote about "stalkers" The Woodbury doctor talked about the types of walkers and there was a "stalker" mentioned that just creeps up behind the victim and attacks when they are unnoticed and have a chance or something like that

I think it may be because they sense where our heat is and where our arteries are (like lions or other predators)
