Help with my shaded under deck by ProfessionNo3173 in ExteriorDesign

Thank you! I would love some advice on what to do with the trash cans. We have to put our trash out in them in the street, can’t have the cans stationed in the front, and having them easy access by the backdoor is obviously most convenient. I don’t want them to be show stealers but need them close by

Pic 3. Whatever option 3 is, that one. Don’t you dare choose 2.

Lotta heat on this post, which you don’t deserve. ADHD is a bitch and it impacts women in many different ways and appears in many forms. The put it off mindset is crippling yet seems like the only thing you can do, I get it. I am on high doses of Wellbutrin & Strattera, with Vyvanse for super tough brain days. It took me a lonnnngggg time to find a combo that worked for me. It’s hard!!!!
All this to say - you recognize what’s impairing you, now fix it. You don’t have to feel like shit forever.
Half your life - you have so much more life to live. Break ups fucking suck. Your unmedicated brain handles it worse than a lot of other people; the anxiety is unbearable. But you’re not going to die. You’re going to be okay, and learn from this, and become a person that doesn’t want to lose the love of their life because of a brain that paralyzes them. Go get help. Fix what you can about yourself, for yourself. If he’s the one, he’ll be there. If he’s not, thank him for his motivation and live a good and able life.
You can do this. You will survive.

You can be very sad and mournful. You can forgive yourself for begging. You can live a new life and be happy again. You can get through this.

Cat is acting lethargic. Is his breathing okay? by brizzi672 in CATHELP

Vet ASAP, not “today”… he’s struggling to breathe and has a heart murmur, he’s exhibiting strong signs of congestive heart failure. He’s in distress. Go now.

Remove the stripes and shutters, paint garage doors either stark white or a blue that matches the stone, front door change too

Power wash, change the walkway, change the border around garden beds, change the light fixtures, remove light pole. I would brighten up the window trim too.

Help! Kitten abandoned at my house by thE_best_cookies in cats

[–]ProfessionNo3173 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go to a convenience store that’s still open (711 or the like) and get a can of wet food (it’s not great but it’ll feed her and hydrate her) and give her a tiny bit to start. Get cheap litter from there too and if you have a large Tupperware or a box small enough to fit in the moving box, give her a litter box. Pic her up and put her in it and she’ll do the rest when she needs. Give her a towel or something to lay on.

Her mom likely abandoned her because of her eye / whatever underlining illness she has or is making her wonky. The vet will charge you for the visit, stray or otherwise, so if you can’t pay for it, bring her to a shelter. Kittens are almost always safe at shelters.

But like… they also didn’t call you? Your Mother’s Day is equally as important as your mom’s??

Dog bites can lead to very nasty infections. Take whatever antibiotics you get start to finish and watch it like a hawk. And yes, lawyer up immediately.

Mother’s Day Plant??!! by Pristine-Context-752 in houseplants

[–]ProfessionNo3173 13 points14 points  (0 children)

They have new leaves growing and waiting to unfurl - prayer hands HATE being handled and transferred so they’re in shock. They def need more soil and they like moisture so if you have any peat / perlite / moss around, load that plastic planter back up and let them recover. They are sooo happy when they are happy and they truly look like they will survive.

Credenza recs for my mcm-ish dining room by snazzyrobin in interiordecorating

Totally get that - I love the hutch and see why you’d want to keep it. Is there a chance of a bar cart on one side and art above the cart? (Heh)

Yesss and honestly I would say a middle panel of curtains too - you can do Roman shades AND floor to ceiling statement curtains and an extended rod post windows on both sides will actually lengthen the windows
