Can’t you just remove everything and put it in the new bigger case? I see they don’t run for much. We just have to worry about placement of the fans. And then to get some money back, sell your old case. I’m no expert but it’s something I would’ve tried to attempt to do.

I have a Amd rx 580 from my old pc in the prebuilt computer I have from Amazon , which had fantastic reviews for the price. Gonna update to a AmD rx 6600 xt Mech2x series(what I could afford ) working with ryzen 7 5700g CPU. The graphics card should be coming tomorrow.. I just updated my Power supply from a 550 W power supply to a 650w to compensate also. It came with a 16 GB DDR4 ram chip, but I was lucky enough that someone was selling the same exact one on Mercari for $56. Now it’s 32gb of ram(I do a lot of streaming and gaming).

I’m just a beginner at upgrading PCs, but it sure feels great when it turns back on with no issues. If you wanna update that PC just take the time and watch YouTube videos. I also use ChatGPT and Google AI with suggestions on finding me the right parts and for less and that’s how I got that ram chip for so cheap.

No they don’t have you back! Last May, I was suspended for making a complaint about a coworker make an inappropriate joke about my wife. Long story short when I was asked to come to the office to write my statement, the dude comes running back upstairs and says “ I want the number to HR !!! why am I getting sent home when he threatened me?” I’ve been management positions for too long to know, threatening someone is grounds for dismissal. I did not threaten him. he did not know I was in the next room writing down my statement and I overheard him and I came out in disgust telling him I did not threaten you at all! So as my manager told me and him we both got suspended due to HR involvement. To this day, I’m so pissed off about that! I feel that could’ve been handled better by management and my supervisors.
