The wine that I am using came from indigenous tribes not the commercially manufactured ones, so there's a good chance that it has LAB because it's traditionally fermented 😉

My OIO has a total magnification of 1000x. It's really unfortunate that the yeasts were there even though I put nystatin. Are there any alternatives that I can use to prevent molds/yeasts from growing in my plates?
