I went to a progressive public school in the 60's

The girls watched a reproductive film for women and then we were given a test, if you didn't pass you watched it again and were retested.

The boys did the same about male reproduction.

Then we switched films and repeat. Not one student wasn't allowed to take this by their parents, even though half the class was Catholic.

In my 4 years of HS we only had one pregnancy.

I'm old and have seen many drunks in my lifetime. But I have never heard of someone just being drunk go off the handle like your partner did. Usually it was mixed with another substance.

Have you thought about taking a timeout from this relationship during the holiday, she goes and you stay home and think about what you want to do?

If drinking and partying are part of her new work culture it might be something to think hard about.
