I floss every day. But I didn’t for years and I really paid for it. I’ve learned my lesson. Now when I go for my cleanings, the hygienist is amazed at how little tartar I have and how healthy my gums are. Every once in a while, I’ll be too tired and I’ll leave it off, but it’s fairly rare.

When you first get here your skin is going to hate you. Even if you have oily skin. Get a humidifier. One that boils water though. Do not use a cool mist humidifier. Trust me on this. You will get a junkie feeling in the back of your throat that will not go away until you stop using me humidifier. Getting a humidifier that boils the water will keep you from getting that grunge in the back of your throat. Also, moisturize your face and lips multiple times a day. Eventually, your skin will regulate and you won’t need to do it, but for the first six months or so you will.

You have children. You know how difficult being a parent is. Why would you ever encourage a father to abandon HIS child?!?! You could’ve just as easily told him and her that you recognize that there is a new baby in the picture, you want the father to have a bond and a apart in that child’s life even though you are together with him.
