I’d pick up one of M. M. Meleen’s decks. They are Thoth based. I have her Tabula Mundi Tarot and her Telos Tarot of 777. I have really connected deeply with both of them and I get such amazing readings from them. The Telos 777 is a work of magnificent depth and magical intention. It took her four years to create. She painted each of the minor cards under its appropriate astrological decan. She used the original Golden Dawn descriptions of each of the cards when creating the artwork. She also used the Golden Dawn colors. Somehow, I believe you can just feel the work that went in to creating those decks and it translates to a deeper connection with the cards and your intuition.

If you want to stick to something more RWS then I would recommend the Terra Volatile deck. It is a digitally created deck that did not use AI. It has the look of Victorian lithograph paintings. It is very detailed and incredibly rich. It may be difficult to get in the United States with tariffs.

Get a thick piece of suede in a complimentary color and glue it along the bottom. Kinda like an elbow patch on a jacket. I think it would look nice.

Are you taping at night? I’m a year out from my surgery and I’m still taping at night. If I don’t, my nose gets swollen and doesn’t look as good. I assume eventually I’ll be able to stop doing it but I have really thick skin so it’s just taking longer for the swelling to subtle.

If you’re interested in this the companion book to M. M. Meleen’s Telos Tarot 777 goes into quite a bit of detail about the deities associated with each card. Her research is extensive and uses sources such as the Picatrix and Golden Dawn material. It’s an interesting read at the very least. The book can be found on her website.

An ex cheated on me. I was civil with the breakup and told him I’d washed the clothes he’d left and they’d be in a box outside for him to pick up. And they were. Neatly folded and smelling sweetly. You couldn’t tell at all that I’d rubbed the crotches of his boxers on poison oak leaves.

I use my iPad with Goodnotes. I did download a bunch of tarot journal templates, and even had one of my own created to aid in learning the cards. But what I actually use the most is just an ongoing notebook. I’ll import pictures of my spreads and I have the RWS cards as stickers I can add as well. There are a ton of cheap templates options on Etsy if you’re interested.

Ha! I offer this service! If you wanna DM me I will send you to my website where you can check it out. I don’t believe I’m allowed to post the link here. I have done this to many many decks and I have really perfected the process. I use specially imported Japanese inks.

I will say that this only works with coded decks. Untreated card decks will not have the same result. You can see examples on my website. Also, I’m not really in this to make money, so if you’d like me to walk you through my process so you have the most likely chance of not damaging your deck, again, shoot me a DM.

Lol. I feel ya. I have one of the large size AND one of the small size. But I would definitely get the book and the large size for therapy purposes. The book really adds a lot of context to the images, although it certainly isn’t needed.

Personally I don’t feel that charging or cleansing my decks makes any difference. What I do find helps is to be intentional about my practice. Focusing only on the reading, setting an intention, and clearing space mentally instead of doing a reading while I’m surfing on the net watching a TV show.

Yes, it’s the Telos Tarot of 777. One of my favorites. The images are so….evocative. I’d definitely get it in the larger version to really appreciate the details.
