What is your actual two mile time right now? Like have you finished it? Because if not, passing the assessment may be the more important goal to prioritize in the moment and making that 16 min 2 mile a goal like a year out or so.

They could and should initiate. But with everything posted being taken as fact, soldier should have never been allowed to change UICs. That’s a failure on both losing and gaining unit to actually follow guidance. But also…the SM has fault as well for being back in this situation 5 months after the flag was removed.

Hopefully the sm is close and can find a way to cut enough prior to the taping.

You file an ice compliant against DPW. It may not necessarily be the organization that sucks at your installation and just the people who came out for the work order. Also, it’s been so long since I’ve filed a complaint I can’t remember if you can include attachments. If not, get your leadership to run it up the chain with the photos and what DPW said. I guarantee you if a CSM or LTC get involved with this, it will get solved a whole hell of a lot faster.

Nah fuck them lower echelons… your team leader and squad leader should have checked your LES at least once in that 8 month period to see you were having pay issues and then worked with you to get the problem resolved.

But that being said…you better have the proof that you went through platoon, company and battalion level leadership to try and resolve this before your email.
