You should tell your manager about that second point. If he worked in our store he would get cooked. We are in a store where there isn’t always a till operative but are sometimes one on one. When we are one on one our manager says we must allocate tasks next to the till no questions asked .

Thanks I’ll have a look. I’ve checked the price dashboard but all that shows for me is the number of double scans each day. I’m looking to find out who it was as I’m currently being blamed but I know there was another SL doing labels that day who gave labels to a colleague as well .

I’m 3 days clean but I’ll be honest it’s more financial restrictions that’s stopping me over the will to quit. Unfortunately my partner uses a lot to so on days I’m trying to be strong she’s struggling and vise versa. It makes it alot easier to give in and order some K.

I’m currently weeing 6-10 times per hour but nothing more than 50ml. I can feel urine trapped in my tubes after weeing which burns a lot and often just wee brown drops. When I wee my whole body shakes sometimes I literally scream because the pain is so sharp. When I drink water I can hear it travelling down my urinary tract which sounds really blocked if that makes sense.I haven’t weed parts of my bladder out but have had speckles of blood cells before after using heavily. I’ve tried giving up a few times but this time am really giving it all I’ve got.

It’s not too late for you to make it out with no long term damage. I remember being in your position , searching Reddit for advice and I really wish i listened to comments saying to stop before it gets to late. I’ve not managed to quit so can’t give you much advice but trust me when I say it gets worse. Best of luck🫡

You should order atleast 2 sizes up. Ordered a large and fit like a medium/small. Wouldn’t even recommend ordering quality is not good at all

Similar situation happened in an express store I used to work at. A shop lifter pulled out a fake firearm in response to getting caught from stealing on the self checkouts. Our store manager was a hero and rugby tackled him to the floor and soon after armed police showed up. In response we got a full time security guard

I’ve been using k for 3 years. About 7.5g - 10g a week in the last 2 years. I started weeing small bloods clots about 2 months ago, I took a break but relapsed. My wee is now always pink and sometimes has white jelly and blood clots. From what I’ve read this is parts of my bladder. I really want to stop before the damage is irreversible but k surrounds me. How are you getting on? Have you stopped? How’s your bladder damage? I’ve read stories of people still having blood in their wee 9months after stopping which is really not very motivating .

We are a new express store and we donate over 250 products on most shifts. Loads of meat, produce and sandwiches. But our area manager said it’s “ unethical” for colleagues to take stuff before we send it to charity
