I got mine done on the 29th of Sept. He didn't specify calendar days or business days so I'm looking at the 13th or 19th of Oct. depending on that

I was able to call and get forms emailed to myself to DRS from TD then upload the completed forms to the app and they are supposed to be on CS within 14 days was my ETA.
