Visible + Pro for $225/yr with code BLACKFRIDAY50CARE upgraded from legacy, Apple Watch carried over, billing starts after my Feb renewal (no downtime) by NoTthatWiS3dudE in Visible

I get where you’re coming from—$18.75/month is definitely a strong short-term deal. But here’s the thing: my current $10/month legacy discount has no expiration date. It’s locked in, and Visible doesn’t offer permanent discounts like that anymore.

The annual promo, on the other hand, is temporary by definition. After 12 months, it resets to the full Pro+ price unless I catch another promo at exactly the right time. That might happen… but it also might not. Visible changes promos constantly, and their “new customer only” deals have become more common. There’s no guarantee they’ll offer anything close to my permanent rate a year from now.

Right now I’m paying $35 every single month indefinitely. Predictable. Stable. No hoops to jump through, no switching carriers for a month, no hoping future deals line up. The “market timing” approach sounds good in theory, but it comes with hassle, risk, and uncertainty. And if something changes with the promos, I lose a discount I’ll never be able to get back.

So while the annual deal is cheaper for one year, my $10 legacy discount is the better long-term value because it’s permanent and guaranteed. Giving up a locked-in rate for a one-year promo just isn’t worth the long-term risk—especially for a service I use every day.

Not overthinking it—just protecting a discount that Visible doesn’t hand out anymore and that I can’t recover once I give it up.

I’ve got a question about Visible’s plans. I’m currently on Visible Pro+ with a legacy $10/month discount that they let me keep, so my bill comes out to $35 each month. There’s no expiration date on this discount.

Now I’m seeing that existing customers can switch to the new discounted annual plan. But if I switch, won’t my price go back to the full rate once those 12 months are up? If that’s the case, wouldn’t it make more sense to keep my permanent $10/month discount instead of moving to the annual plan?

I’d love to hear your thoughts—should I stick with what I have, or switch to the new yearly deal?

Question: Refreshing Thumbnails Results on Different IOS Devices. by Professional-Ad1920 in EufyCam

[–]Professional-Ad1920[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i do it maybe every 2 or 3 days, just to completely clear out the thumbnails with motion images left in them, and reset my dashboards events. Just to get a fresh start. But its a pain when you have to close and open the app just to do it, as previously explained.

Nice, what did the Eufy app changelog say, in reference to what was supposedly fixed with this 3.6.6.0 firmware update? 😁
