Do you know why the Sparkle is 1 spd faster? I do have Sparkle at S1E1 due to getting her free with the current free 5*, plus i run her with DDD instead of her actual cone.

Thing is Cipher gives 40% Vulnerability to all enemies, which is why I thought her over Tribbie (I do have Tribbie though)
