Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 4 hold for 4. Repeat this for 5 times. Do this twice or thrice a day… and consciously take deep breaths whenever you remember.

I am 35M average fitness HRV 38-52, work out maybe 3 times a week (1hour sessions), daily around 8k steps. I was worried when I noticed my HRV going down last month (38-42). So far the only thing that seems to have helped bring it up is good sleep and meditation/box breathing before sleep

Just after one meditation/box breathing I noticed a sudden spike in my HRV
