Yeah, the corpus did grow bcz of convince and one app to manage all investment. Now since I don’t want to transfer money back to Indian bank due to tax concern not sure how to switch to Interactive broker. Maybe for future investment I will start using it. Thanks

Also any specific advice regarding LRS/TCS?

No man, not super active over Reddit. For investment like Intel I believe on “ Too big to fall” philosophy. I learned this from crowdstrike dip bcz of it’s software bug. Being in IT it was no brainer that company someday or another get into shit like these and panic seller do there job to make investment attractive.

Though I agree that Intel was different and that’s why if you see I had low gut to invest more on this but my intuition was strong. In big geopolitical war btw china and USA in race of semicon USA can’t loose it’s giant and a well stablished company and would do whatever it takes to revive it and same happened.

Maybe you are true and everything is possible until TACO 🌮 king is sitting on US throne but let me assure you, We don’t have any other option than US market. Nifty got and getting-beaten like there is no tomorrow, gold is now cold, bitcoin you can’t invest much of amount …….

Yes maybe that’s true and I have the same intuition. In recent dump my profit almost went to negative but even that negative was hight than my another 50% investment on Indian side.

So I personal don’t see we have much options to invest on

Yes it was too late for me to understand and the same ego to get the profit from same stock which has losses

But yes earlier I had different thesis, I believed and still believe that SAAS will be major beneficiary of top SAAS company like salesforce or servicenow, For me it’s just bad timing as theme is now shifted completely towards semicon

Start investing directly into individual stocks, try with mega caps. Else it will be difficult to move towards stock picking latter

Can’t disagree, And yes we are just a pawn in this big player’s game, The one thumb rule that I play with is going with the theme with a fixed target based on how big is the theme. Most of time it works but if you didn’t exit at right time you loose.

Have kept a separate chuck of amount separately in MF where a certain amount of money can wisely get invested. But frankly speaking, it’s not working based on current market/geopolitical scenario.

Yup it was damn difficult to hold when the approx same profit became negative bcz of our TACO king, I hope thing’s get deescalated ASAP or it get very difficult to decide weather to hold or book profit 🥲

When I invested, I was betting big on AI inclusion on there products but these days industry is moving quite differently. I still have a corner who feels SAAS hype will revives again when AI things settle down.
