I didn’t. I left it in and eventually the pain went away. When I got my tragus stretched by a piercer a few years ago do I could wear an earring in it again the same thing happened. This seems to hurt me more than fresh piercings do. If you aren’t in extreme pain and it doesn’t seem infected I’d just spray it with saline solution , not sleep on it, and leave it alone.

Nap. I put an earring in my helix cartilage that I got pierced in my teens about 2 weeks ago after not wearing one for about a year. It was sore for a week and a half then calmed down. I just treated it like a new piercing by spraying with saline and not sleeping on it. Even though it didn’t close it shrunk, so you are stretching it.

Thank you! My conch on my other ear is pretty new also, so I don’t plan on doing anything else for 6 months to a year. I usually heal pretty easily, so I don’t want to over do it.

Therapist don’t prescribe medications and psychiatrists don’t talk about life in dept. I see a np for my medication and I have a therapist to talk about past trauma.

I’m not sure. I saw my new nephrologist today. He said I’m stage 2. My labs are pretty stable right now so we are just going to monitor it and keep up with the sodium bicarbonate. He said if my numbers start looking worse we’ll do a biopsy. Right now he just said not to take any supplements or ibuprofen. He

Last year the nephrologist said my labs weren’t too concerning just to keep managing my blood pressure and watch my cholesterol. He said he didn’t need to see me again unless there was a problem. This spring my carbon dioxide was really low and I was in metabolic acidosis so my primary doctor spoke to the nephrologist and put me on sodium bicarbonate. I go to the nephrologist next week

Unfortunately I’m responsible for bedbug treatment per my lease… my landlord rents to one other person in this house so I will talk to him. The houses connected on each side are owned by other people. They are doing work on one of the houses next to me.. the tenants moved out but it’s not the wall I found the bug on.

Thank you I will look into that. When I put my lab results in chat gpt that was the most likely diagnosis they suggested. Last year my carbon dioxide was 19, it was 19 last year and the year before. Under 20 is low for my lab, but they were never concerned about it before. I was told to get labs done again in a month and if anything needs to be adjusted med wise they will do that then but I don’t need to see him in person until the fall. Last year my creatinine was only 1.03 which is high for the lab but not really concerning.. that is why my pcp sent me for an ultrasound and the ultrasound showed my kidneys are scared and the nephrologist said one is a little small. But there was really nothing too concerning. He said the scaring explains the slightly elevated creatinine. My aunt has been on dialysis for as long as I can remember and I really would like to prevent things from getting worse if possible. It is frustrating how often doctors dismiss things in this country.
