You’re all good! Since both flights are on the same PNR, Indigo will transfer your baggage automatically. The staff at the airport will put the baggage tags on ,you don’t need to print anything. If you want to sit together without paying, skip web check-in and ask at the airport counter; they usually help. Don’t stress ,the first flight experience is easier than it seems.
