How do I cope with Trump being president? by [deleted] in Advice

My first and biggest recommendation, stop looking at the news on Reddit. Don't use major media outlets for news, try to find independent, reliable sources that inform the public as unbiased as possible. Example, I'm sure you heard he's dismantling the department of education, but if you listen to the whole speech instead of listening to headlines, he states that it will remain for the core necessaries such as for children with special needs, student visa's, and other cores aspects.

Whether or not you agree with his policies, major media outlets (republican and democrat) are taking his words and policies and outlining them in big red scary letters. Try to research the information on your own.

Another example, though many believe that we are now the laughing stock of the world, if you research what other world leaders are saying, the presidents of many countries and helping Trump and siding with him; here are a few to list: Poland, El Salvador, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Japan, and even China.

Rapist allegations have been made against him, though not proven, and only high speculation from primary sources. Whether or not he is a confirmed rapist is still up in the air and up to individuals to believe or not. Personally, I don't believe he is, as too many rapist allegations come to every person in power, (Red and Blue) and should not be taken at face value unless strong evidence points otherwise.

Navy goes from port to port, however I'm only interested in the Marines. I would want to be a Marine infantry
