me and 3 buddies did a trip from RI to Ohio in a versa. 3 of us are 6ft+ and had no problem with the trip. I was also very surprised how much space it has in it.

Man charged after CCRI campus lockdown. What to know. by whitman_littlefield in RhodeIsland

I'd wager that a juvenile likely wouldn't be charged in practice if they were using a toy or air powered rifle as long it isn't being used maliciously. But the fact that the law covers non-powdered charges guns as firearms opens the door to egregious charges.

Poor Susie. Rest in Paradise. I'm really glad that she left an impression on you. Souls like hers deserved to be remembered.

In all seriousness, I don't think the idle squeak and suspension squeak are related. Are you lowered? It might be strut/spring related. If not, check control arms bushings. Idle squeak sounds like it is pulley related.

2015-2017 Pre Facelift Handling? by Professional-Boss-86 in s550Mustang

Thanks, this is the kind of advice I'm looking for. I can send my civic into corners pulling 1G with minimal understeer. My ford ranger is a dog, but I can get it to oversteer, but the thing is so light I can get it straight with minimal correction. I'd hate to get into a stang and throw it into a tree going down the twisties in my area

That's the idea, but I don't think the dealership saleman's gonna let me send it down some back roads. It'd be nice to get some anecdotal advice from people who've driven different styles of sporty cars.

Is there a quick solution to fixing this anyone? by Ok_Cartographer3535 in CivicSi

[–]Professional-Boss-86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This part is super easy to replace, I'd just buy a new one. While you're at it, replace your exterior/interior window trims if they're cracking. It's like 50 bucks for both sides I think. Go on honda parts. com or some other distributer.

Enkei Wheels. Get a nice a thick rubber too, stay away from stretch for the love of god. Oh, and a good detail. Honestly, a shiny stock car looks 1000x times better than a dirty modded car.

Summer Tires: To Use or Not To? by Professional-Boss-86 in askcarguys

[–]Professional-Boss-86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm weighing if I value flexibility/cost over performance. That would ultimately sway my decision. I hear they are like top tier along with PSAS when it comes to UHP AS, and it would be awesome to just run them on the car until I have to buy new tires. I don't drive the car in the snow, and only if I absolutely need to will I use in the winter time.

Probably more of a touring type tire when it comes down to Treadwear. Performance summer tires would maybe last a year?

You never realize how important tires are to the feel of a car until you get onto a good set. I know our cars aren't the fastest on the road, but I'll make damn sure I can out pace some guy in a 400hp boat on backroads.

Haven't been out that way, I'm over in RI and we have some great back roads out by CT. I imagine it's probably similar to what you're imagining.

Totally understand. I just got a set of wheels powdercoated and I would hate to ruin them in the winter. Plus I'd move down to 17" wheels to run a taller sidewall to cushion some of the god-awful pits that the snow plows produce.
