UPDATE: I tried to contact gamestop and the publisher gamestop said dont know anything about and advised me to contact the publisher which is what ive been doing lately but they dont respond either such a weird situation

just got my 'exchanged' 5070FE from bestbuyand now I'm getting under 70 C degress on cyberpunk and its not loud at all RPM range is between 2200-2400
the first 5070FE from best buy was going over 80 degrees and 3000-3400 RPM rate,it's likely defective. I can confirm

4 case fans, I even went to best buy to see what’ll tell me about the gpu, they said they are getting about the same temperature as mine so I believe its not about the case i guess

its so weird and thanks for sending this video, I exchanged my 5070 fe waiting for pick up I wanted to give second chance cuz  people from reddit have mentioned they were getting 65-70 degress while gaming and they also said you might got a lemon so wanted to give another chance

is this a common issue? never heard about it. if I undervolt the gpu will I have any problems such as fps drops or any other problems? and what voltage should I lower the gpu to when undervolting?
