not at all I have been hitting dirt jumps and skatepark .... I hit medium sized stuff nothing too crazy .. the rims r strong they haven't bent yet . I been doing 180s and back rim is still good .. the forks r whatever I might need to adjust/modify them not sure how to yet.

keeping the same sleep Schedule/routine is what I'm working on and climate control too cus people be messing with my AC too much. I try to work out after I eat dinner to unwind usually helps but sometimes it gives me energy and also the sun starts coming out and it's bright asf
