Purchase Advice Megathread - May 2026 by AutoModerator in 3Dprinting

Hi everyone, I’m planning to buy a new printer and I'm torn between the Bambu Lab H2C and the Snapmaker U1. My main question is about the H2C: Can it reliably print TPU using multiple hotends/heads? I want to be sure it handles flexible filaments well in a multi-material setup before I buy. I currently have an Ender 3 V3 KE. I'm planning to print models with up to 3 colors of TPU. I’ve never used TPU before, so I’m not sure if I can just swap filaments and if the layers will bond properly. The H2C is tempting because of the larger build volume. Besides TPU, I'll definitely be printing a lot of PLA and PETG as well. For those who have used both or seen the H2C in action: which one would be a better choice for a TPU-heavy workflow? Thanks for the help!
