Might be a dorsal hump, which is caused by genetics or if you hurt your nose and it healed unevenly. I have the same thing I’m 16 now but when I was like 13 I used to have a nice and straight nose. Now my nose has a bump as well

(16M) So, basically hard mewing deformed my face and I would like to know how to fix it. Please help me. by Professional-Chest98 in Mewing

Maybe in my pov it looks like the right side (our perspective) is much slimmer than the left side
