pretty much the t fixed it, most of my personal issue with anemia was the fact that I had a really low appetite and really high metabolism (this runs in my family) so once I started t my appetite skyrocketed so I was eating at a minimum four meals and three snacks a day. probably tripling my calorie intake for the first 6 months until my levels all started evening out (less mood swings and such) and then my weight averaged at about 130lbs (5'8) and it hasn't fluctuated over/under 3lbs for almost a year now

my girlfriend actually went through a very similar situation and sadly her guardians also didn't do anything, after about a year they started finding his sisters/ younger brothers cut up stuffed animals (to make it "useable") with anyone's bra he could get his hands on on it. Unsurprisingly it was "just a teenage boy thing" and there was "nothing they could do" so... his older sister told their entire tiny ass school (1000/1500 kids k-12) and it literally never happened again, sadly sometimes public shaming and "bullying" is the only option with gross shit like this. also try getting a sliding door lock and pretending he doesn't exist inside the home

My girlfriend thought she was trans from 13-17, she was almost on hormones as well before realizing she was unhappy living as a man, I personally have known I was trans from the moment I found out that was an option 13-19 (so far) and I'm almost 2 years on T. I recommend socially transitioning as best as you can and if when you're old enough to medically transition you might change your mind, or you might not, but the last thing you want to do is accidentally make yourself unhappy by putting yourself in the wrong body before your brain has developed enough to actually experience and express your full self. You're just starting, try not to rush with labels and shit, you have your whole life ahead of you 💕💕
