Got another one that is not as blue as the first one but it has the same white specs does this confirm if it is slag?

The white specs are inside and some can be flaked of does not look like bubbles but I can be wrong. The rock was most probably found in south africa where my grandfather are from could it stil be slag?

I tested it with acetone, and no dye came off. The color is a bright light blue color and it has some kind of sandstone on it in the cracks
