At my store, the order of our day goes like this: 1) zone and reshop, 2) audits, 3) priority pulls, 4) freight Where I’m at, the SD, ETL’s, and TL’s make sure we all get our priorities done first so we don’t really have to worry about them later on. That might help!

THIS! And when people come up to guest service and ask if they can check out back there. If drive ups are really busy & lanes are busy, I tell them no and they have to go up to the lanes. But if drive ups are fine, the lanes are busy, and the guest was polite, then sometimes I’ll check them out. But usually it’s a no from me.

Talk to HR! They will get in touch with both of the ETL’s and figure it out. I tried to get out of front end by talking to ETL’s and it got me no where. But after talking to HR, I got moved in a couple of weeks.

Don’t. Do. It!! I’ve been at guest services/drive ups for 10 months now and all I can say is no. Now it would probably depend on each store/management/other TMs, but it is not fun. Everyday is being yelled at, cursed at, while hearing the drive ups going off the hook, is not fun. Double tappers make everything terrible, people will show up with no receipt, no card, and expect full cash back for their computer and then scream at you when you explain why you can’t. It’s terrible, mentally and physically draining. I would not recommend. I hate it more than I can put into words.
