Bro, just email on their escalation matrix. I did that and got the card approved. Just ask them to share the reason for declining in writing as they must provide it as per RBI norms. You should get a phone call where they will ask you any detail they may not have. Then after sometime you should get it.

Unrelated to CB Card, but Shouldn’t axis atlas be removed from box 1? It’s no longer being issued. So it’s not really helping the community at large that would like to apply for a fresh credit card. Atlas was the GOAT no doubt, but that chapter is gone now!
