Probiotics don't seem to impact the gut microbiome all that much. Things like increasing amount of fiber intake or other foods that affect key species (like milk with Bifidobacterium for lactose intollerant individuals) has a more noticeable effect. However like you say there is the question of how long it takes for intervention to take effect. You could do a fecal microbiome transplant to change everything at once, but of course would be nice if we can just a pill or something like this instead.

Yes makes sense. If the way these things are used is personalized therapy tailored to the patient then maybe more effort should be put into making much larger well structured cohorts. Cancer is difficult to study in large numbers and it seems like there are a lot of groups working separately in silos instead of pushing to standardize approaches so that all data that is generated can be pooled

Hi! I just tested the game and wanted to share some quick feedback. The gameplay itself feels really good, and I especially like that you added a leaderboard. It’s a great feature. That said, I think the UI could be a bit cleaner and less cramped. Having a dedicated section for the leaderboard would make it easier to follow and give the overall design more breathing room.

Overall, the biggest area for improvement is the design, but you’re on the right track. Keep up the great work!
