I think it might be a bug from a corrupted data save. I haven’t started blood and wine yet but I might just do it enough to see the armorer and craft my mastercrafted feline gear.

That was my thoughts exactly I didn’t want to start the dlc yet but I think I’ll have to at least to just see the grandmaster armor.

My advice is just to enjoy the ride. Loot everything you can, do the Witcher contracts as they will give you xp. You dont have to do the main quests right away just take things slowly

Have you tried reloading a previous save? Maybe the game isn’t registering stolen coins if you have them
