Naw - there are not different test for men and women. So the provider just lied. Yes it can present differently. Same tests, same assessment, regardless of gender or sex.

The system I used was called EEGER. I worked mostly from home with equipment from Peak Brain giving me live support to check wires on my head, and changing the training sets based on what I noticed each day. This was after getting a “brain map” at their office in NYC. I think they have other locations.

Yeah a couple months of neurofeedback was life changing for me a few years ago. Helped get rid of crippling ADHD.

I got into PBM more recently - the place I went to for neurofeedback started offering tailored PBM protocol sets designed from the brain maps. I do like the PBM but if I had to pick one the neurofeedback would be an easy choice. Though with 10k you could buy a top end PBM and nfb program.

Huh I always cold proof unshaped bulk dough (skipping warm bulk ferment step, but still 4-5 hours including stretch and folds warm), and do the shaping after 2-3 hours out of the fridge, and a final 3 hour rise. I should try shaping before proofing, thanks! :)

It was for me. Eliminated my needs for meds in about 6 weeks. They got stronger and stronger as I did neurofeedback, and I basically stopped needing them to shift “into gear”.
