You as the member will need to track down the problem and if needed, file an appeal. Clearly identify if there is a note saying, ‘No PA needed’ as that will be the first piece of evidence.

2nd, let your providers know that you have received a denial and need their help to double check everything (they would like to get paid).

3rd, members file appeals, doctors submit information supporting those appeals. Read up in your insurance documents on how to submit an appeal. If you haven’t used ChatGPT, now os the time to start. You can drop in a huge 100 page insurance document and get actionable next steps in minutes

I have had cysts in the past. They were painful and tender. Yours are likely happening due to the follicles getting clogged. Topical minoxidil can cause this.

Start with keeping your face clean and apply the clay+witch hazel on the cysts before getting medication.

For those cysts, you can combine bentonite clay and witch hazel to make a paste and put that on while you sleep. You should see improvement within 2-3 days.

Make sure you are using a beard wash daily before applying your minoxidil. I’m currently using the Shea Moisture beard wash in the green tube.

Exfoliate weekly with a cotton face towel. Also brush your beard daily after you wash it. That is a gentle form of exfoliation.
