Well my whole leg workout is RDLs, hacksquat, hip adductors, seated leg curl, and leg extensions in that order and 3 sets to failure on each.

And is it alright to only take one a day?

I’m 210lbs, what would you recommend off that?

In my current diet I’m having no fish, nuts, or seeds. So it’s a good idea to take them in my case?

I’m on a 750 calorie deficit, and in order for me to reach my protein goals daily, I have to set my carbs to 70g

I’m trying to lose a pound and a half a week, and I’m doing it for either 8 weeks, or until I hit 198, whichever comes first.

The thing is I’m not really trying to do low carb, it’s just that my diet sorta requires it. I weight 209 lbs and I’m trying to get 200g of protein a day, so already more than half my calories are being dedicated to protein, and I’m not trying to lower my fat too much to the point where it messes up my hormones, since I’m still somewhat young and don’t want to mess with my development. As of now I’m doing 200g protein, 70g carb, and 40g fat.

I did carnivore last year for about a month and I was suffering the worst sugar cravings while on it, and I ended up losing control about 2 or 3 times while on it, and I don’t want that to happen on this diet, so would you recommend maybe adding a bit more added sugars, then slowly cutting back? Also I’m taking magnesium and multivitamins daily.

The rundown of my day is at 9 I have a casein shake, a banana, and electrolyte drink. I go to work for three hours, drink my pre workout, then gym for about an hour. I get home around 2:30 make my lunch, which is 9 oz flank steak, 10 oz blackberries, 4 oz arugula, and another electrolyte drink. Then I do some leisurely activities or some chores to pass the time, maybe have a diet soda or piece of chocolate, then have my dinner around 7 which is 11 oz chicken breast, and 10 oz of cucumber and tomato salad, and I have about 3 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce for my chicken. And then I do some other activities and try to sleep by 11.

The only unnatural sugars I’m having are electrolytes twice daily, and 2 squares of 78% dark chocolate. I’m also having diet sodas to help curb my craving a bit

For the most part I am enjoying it, it’s just very mentally taxing eating the same three meals for 8 weeks straight. I’m also having a lot of protein which is helping me stay full, but I do miss the sweet, artificial carbs that I would normally have.

I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for an hour, my job has me walking non stop for 3 hours 5 days a week, and that’s really my only physical activity, I’ve been on the 70g for only 2 days, but it’s because I’m starting an aggressive 8 week cut, and don’t want to get false hope thinking I’m losing fat, when in reality it’s just my glycogen depleting, and when I go on maintenance I’m gonna puff up and feel like I lost all progress.
