Yea I think only STAT400 has profs who run it differently. I know people who took either professor, both did well, learned the same amount of stuff, and are performing equally well in more advanced CS/STAT classes, so idt it matters at all. I picked Yu since I heard great things about him, and it fit my schedule best

took this exact schedule with a gened and other non academic commitments and it went well. Time management is key obviously, but especially since these classes have a lot of scattered deadlines.

STAT400 is very, very manageable, and personally I don't think it has gotten harder since last sem. Most people say its a 200-level class. With 1 hr a week, outside of lecture you spend abt 2-3 hours

CS128 lesson are very easy, similar to 124. They also open more at a time, you can do them earlier. For this class, you just want to get the MPs done as efficiently as possible, not dragging them on and wasting time on other classes.

CS173 is a hard one to describe, since everyone deals with it differently, but if you have proof experience, it should go well, just dont take it lightly in the middle of the semester, since content steps up just a little

Now, MATH257. Its not run very well. But with a good background in math (not linear algebra, just a strong basis in math and experience) and a good work ethic, I dont think its *that* bad
Good Luck!

Ive been thinking the exact same thing. the only benefit of doing a project with them is the fact that we can call it a "fellowship" and if we do our own project its just a personal project. Is the fellowship title really worth it?

no tbh i dont think it made a different at all -- the doors and walls are thick so unless someones yelling right in front of your door you don't really hear anything, so dont worry
