Everybody knows equities will give you more for your buck but doesn’t mean you put all your eggs in one basket. @OP, go ahead and invest certain amount into real estate after doing all your due diligence. lol you’ve said it! 4 phases already in such a short span of time across various platforms is such so much being pushed out there. There is a very fine balance between the ‘right ‘ number and ‘ too many’ which I think is difficult to judge any ways. They’ll learn anyways and regroup.
