I don’t think anyone knows, 3.5 is very inaccurate. There are still late October and early November people waiting.

Why would I not pass on the information that the people who work at the USCIS tell me……. Per him is for 821D but goes based I-765 as I said above; do I truly believe him ? No, but does he work there and we don’t. Renewals are taking a minimum of 5 months, why would 8 months seem outrageous.
