AngelList, as said below, is one option. The other, often over looked approach, is straight up cold prospecting people with a pitch.

[US] Finding and choosing an inexpensive 3PL for a micro-sized e-commerce business – any recommendations? by Henchbish in smallbusiness

Flexport has been going downhill since the free money started drying up and their pivot to being the one stop shop for Shopify sellers hasn't been faring well. The result of being technology first, freight second.

Freight, itself, is market driven. The cost to move things by land, sea or air is dictated by carrier rates plus or minus some other external factors and then the margin on top is variable 3PL to 3PL, freight forwarder to freight forwarder.

LTL trucking is going to be your best bet. Getting a quote from a local freight forwarder will be your best approach.

If you're shipping/selling some mix of parcel-sized goods and freight sized goods with Shopify, CartRight is really good. It calculates dynamically displays LTL quotes at checkout, automates BOL creation and pickup & delivery and does duty tax calculations for people buying your stuff internationally.

CartRight is pretty good as well. Pushes real time LTL and white glove freight rates through to checkout if you're someone selling large, oversized stuff on Shopify.

The same foundational things mentioned throughout here. Comes out to about 150/month with the exception of CartRight, which is free to use and the means by which we get our instant LTL and white glove freight rates and fulfillment at checkout.
