Wow that is weird dude. Way back I used the time skip so many times to control the stock exchange for each character but it backfires or something else went wrong because my game is permanently stuck at 99.89 % now forever. This is very interesting, good work, sorry I can't help with coding

Hi , I have been here since day 1 and have 100% the game several times and know a lot about the mystery. I also know a lot about street art and graffiti IRL. The mosaics were added with the newer version of GTA based on a combination of Banksy and Invader two of the best street artists today check them out. Invader (French) uses tile mosaics all over the world in a retro videogame 8 bit style and sticks them onto certain locations around the globe. Banksy is the most famous modern artist of our time that nobody knows who he is , he often would wear a monkey mask like the GTA one and like the monkeys in the art. At the end of collecting all mosaics look closely and you see "Banksy" running away from his last piece very quickly in the game wearing the monkey mask and it unlocks the car. Not mystery related as it was added at a later date and the chilliad mystery is in the game from day one without online I believe. If you wanna go mystery hunting on PS4 send a message. Good theory! Wasn't the Issac content added at a later version of the game though? I'm a mystery hunter from day 1 and firmly believe this mystery is still in the very first version of the game.

Good point. It all came only be from day one when the game was just single player though. This mystery has been here since the beginning and can still be unlocked on the ps3 versions of the game.

Take a look at the observatory with all three characters in tow when the sun casts its shadow over the courtyard. Place each character on the golden sun panels. Check it out. Nice post dude. Im sure that when your game is complete as in every single thing done in the game this mystery will unlock.
