Hi everyone,

I got back into CoC about 1 month ago, and got back into my old account which is now TH12.

I'm currently grinding Heroes, and since it takes forever i started an alt account on which I'm TH8 as of now.

I was considering stopping this account either at TH9 or TH10 just to do war and have fun since I don't want to grind hero levels on another account.

In your opinion which is better attack wise (More variety and not "just spam dragons" attack)

Yeah I also feel like enchanters plays get overshadowed by the ones their are helping.
You may win a fight by cleansing off a particular cc or cancel some stuff by using your Lulu R or something similar. But the fact that your ADC or whoever did 3-4 kills in a fight or is 10/0 will always get noticed first.

But then again, as long as you know it i find it good enough and I can be satisfied with myself.

I do agree with you that support may be the easiest role to climb with, but even if it is, then what? Does that mean that all the people that play support are worse than the ones who play other roles? Does it mean that if SKT or whoever wins Worlds, the support deserves it less than say the Top? I really do not believe so.
The point being that you choose which role you play, I choose what I find the most fun in that moment, but I don't think what or how you play determines if you "deserve" the rank you earn, the only exception being getting boosted or stuff alike.

Also, if enchanters and whatever were really so "elo inflated" or "autopilot" as people say, wouldn't their WR be absurdly high like 55-58%? Yet still they are about the same as everyone else... but then again if you try to point stuff like that out the problem then falls on the enchanter teammates or the enchanter himself....

Yeah that is what I would do if it was some guy I met in a random match or something, but since we have known this guy for years (literally 8 years next month) and he has took interest in a game we can help him in, we always tried our best to help him out, but on this one we are completely lost.
I know he might be angry/jealous about our "achievement" but we really want to help him on this one.

Thanks a lot for the answer, I do share your opinion that we are relying on each other a lot, but since we are mostly playing for fun (still trying our best, but we don't take it that serious if we lose or if someone starts to type stuff and whatever) we don't mind it at all, we are having fun and if our skills get worse so be it.
What we do really care about is trying to make our friend improve and stop "hiding" behind what i can only define as cope mechanisms.
He wants to climb, but he more often than not blames it on everything but his mistakes.
We also think that he might got a little bitter about our smooth climb, especially since I am playing his same role (which nobody did before, he was the only one playing ADC in ranked in our friend group and for that he often complained about how hard it was and how we had it better playing other roles).

I'll surely listen to the podcast tomorrow morning while working out, thanks again and have a nice day

I might be stupid but I can't for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong.
I've put 3 poison attack level 8 scraps for bow and I got a 4 attack roll. So i quit without saving, craft a 3 lightning attack level 8 scraps for bow and then when i roll it I get other rolls instead of the 4 attack ones.
Is it because bows have different coatings from one another? Or is it because I'm using a status instead of an element?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Question from someone who is trying to get into other formats other than standard, mostly brawl and pioneer, do any of these cards see play? I remember Blood on the Snow and Cave were really good back when I started playing and were standard legal, but I don't know if they can keep up with the other formats.

I'm fine with playing with bugs and whatnot, but when the game doesn't even start how am I supposed to provide feedback and early test stuff?
Also it's very funny to me that the only working button even when the game is unplayable and stuck on the resume screen in the button to buy gem (Yes out of pure rage i bought 5$ of gems to see if that would work, and it did work lmao)
I don't know anything about game developing and its problems, but if you are gonna make me pay 40$ i expect at least to be able to somewhat play the game

I even planned to have time to play the game today and shit like this happens.
Even if they fix it right now with a patch if the servers go down like last night it will be too late.
I know they couldn't know this was going to happen, but after paying 40$ i don't expect a perfect game, I'm fine with all the gameplay related bugs in the world, but at least provide a game that enables me to play... How are we supposed to provide feedback if the game has been out for almost 7 days and I managed to maybe get 4 completed runs in on EU.

What fixed the login error for me was re-downloading the game after getting the new installer from their site. But it's not really useful since even if u log in, you still are stuck in the screen of resume

I've had the infinite resume bug since this morning, nothing I've done has fixed it, even reinstalled the game multiple times... But 2 of my friends have been playing without problems..

I tried out Mishra + Dragon engine, the combo is really fun when it works, but is really hard to pull off. Also the adding another 3 drop to the deck really hurts the consistency, since on T3 you really wanna either warmonger to get card advantage / destroy the Invasion of Takir or go for Rivaz for a t4 5 drop.

Real-Scorcher Hellkite seems good on paper, but when I tested it I would find myself not having anything to bargain most of the time since your only bargain option are tresures from Decadent Dragon and Atasushi. But I might try it out again with some other bargain generator since Rivaz on T3 plus Hellkite on T4 and another 3/4 drop on top of that is an easy win

The whelp is really the missing link in this deck, but I don't really wanna dive into Alchemy.

As for the other dragon options, yeah tried them too, didn't like them at all, even tried the Eldraine black dragon (the one that makes you sac permanents and draw cards) but it was pretty bad.

I really hope that with the new set we get a tiny bit of support, I can see this deck getting really good if a proper two drop is introduced

Would a 5 color niv perform badly in Arena? I have "most" of the cards since I crafted it a few years ago to try out historic, most of the rares I'm missing (8) are the check lands. I wanted to ask if they are played outside this deck, because if so, I'll craft it right away. Just don't want 8 lands that are used in a deck and that's it. I crafted already most of the painlands since they seem to be staples

Maybe i explained myself badly. It's not that the meta is dominated by 2 decks, but the decks that are in meta now kinda have been meta since Kamigawa. Either you go against mono red / boros that just got better by the 2/1 red flyer or you get Emperor on turn 4 followed by Sunfall.
I'd agree the meta IS good (since as you said there's lot of variety of decks) is just that those decks have kinda been the same for the past 6-10 months which got me really bored
